01 / About

WHO I AM

who i am

I build the parts of a product that people actually touch. The interface, the flow behind it, and the logic that makes the whole thing hold together.

I finished a B.Sc. in Software Engineering at Kinneret Academic College in 2026. Across six projects I wrote user-facing applications in Angular, Android and Unity, and worked server-side in Java, Node.js and Python - usually owning a feature from the database schema up to the screen.

Before the degree I spent two years in quality assurance on medical ventilators. That is where I learned to ask what breaks this before asking what ships, and it is the reason I was trusted with the Quality Owner role on my final year team.

I am looking for a junior developer role, ideally in front-end or application development, and I am genuinely open to back-end, mobile and QA as well. What matters most to me is joining a team that reviews code and explains its reasoning. Further along I intend to take an M.Sc. in a field that builds on this, alongside working.

THE PROJECTS

the projects

01
Final year project

MedMeet

VR / AR medical consultation platform

A multi-user virtual reality platform where doctors and patients meet inside a shared 3D consultation room instead of a flat video call. Shared anatomy models, spatial voice, a real-time sign language avatar and surgery simulations. Four Agile sprints, four-person team - I wrote features throughout and held the Quality Owner role.

  • C#
  • Meta Quest 3
  • Normcore
  • Whisper & GPT APIs

ParkFlow

Distributed smart parking system

A genuinely distributed municipal parking system: a 3-node MongoDB replica set, a RabbitMQ quorum-queue cluster, and a recommender tier that reaches agreement by majority vote across a 12-machine deployment. I built the three client applications, the queue cluster and the recommendation engine.

  • MongoDB
  • RabbitMQ
  • Docker
  • Gradle

Incident Response Simulator

Cybersecurity training platform

A Dockerized training platform where isolated attacker and victim containers sit on a virtual network, so students can practise incident response without touching anything real. FastAPI endpoints handle scoring and progress, and events stream live into a React dashboard.

  • React
  • Docker Compose

LR-Angus

Restaurant management web application

A full-stack system for table reservations, online ordering and menu management, in a responsive Angular client. I designed the MySQL schema and the Node.js REST API that connects the two.

R.Cook

Android learning application

An Android app for guided cooking lessons organised by skill level, with per-user progress tracking in Room and a lesson editor for content. Built on my own, from the data layer up to the screens.

  • Android SDK
  • Room

PlasticSheetsFX

Production control system

A desktop system for tracking and reporting production line data in real time, built for a plastics manufacturing floor. JavaFX on the front, MySQL underneath.

THE PATH

the path

  1. 2022 - 2026

    B.Sc. Software Engineering

    Kinneret Academic College

Named to the Dean’s List for Academic Excellence in 2024-2025. Coursework across human-computer interaction, web and Android development, software architecture and testing, and distributed systems. Intending to continue to an M.Sc. alongside full-time work.

  2. 2020 - 2022

    Quality Assurance & Production Technician

Gevasol Technologies - Inovytec ventilator project

Ran final electrical and functional testing on portable medical ventilators against safety and performance specs. Documented defects, reproduced issues, and worked with engineers to verify fixes before delivery. It is careful, detailed work, and it shaped the way I test my own code.

  3. 2018 - 2020

    Military service, Israel Defense Forces

    Bureau Chief · Laboratory Technician

Bureau Chief to the Commander of the 213th Artillery Brigade, managing schedule, meetings and sensitive correspondence under constant time pressure. Received a 319th Division Commander’s Certificate of Excellence and a Brigade Commander’s Certificate of Appreciation. Before that, a laboratory technician in the IDF Food Safety Laboratories, running chemical tests required for final product approval.

  4. 2025 - 2026

Digital Escape Room Developer & Instructor

STEM scholarship programme - Mifal HaPais & Beit She’an Municipality
